About Me

HI! My name is Mary and I have been a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor for the past 15 years. I am a USA Triathlon Certified Coach as well. My specialty is working with athletes and people who want to take their sport and fitness to the next level. I have run many boot camps over the years and love to take my clients to a park and spread out for functional fitness or HIIT training. I have a long history of working with our United States Military and have helped many folks get ready for military boot camp. I have an online nutrition business as well, so if you need help with finding the right foods to fuel and nourish your body I can certainly help with that. I have a HUGE passion for sports and fitness and I love to share it by helping others.

What to Expect

We work hard but according to the client's ability level. We start with a warm up (usually cardio of some sort), weight training with high intensity cardio in between for the greatest metabolic effect. Workouts that combine weight training with high intensity cardio can have up to a 720 calorie after-burn during the next 24 to 48 hours! If your goal is drop weight then we will want to increase the client's lean muscle mass with this method of weights and cardio.
