HI! My name is Mary and I have been a fitness trainer and group exercise instructor for the past 9 years. I am a Certified Triathlon Coach as well. I have an online nutrition business so if you need help with finding the right foods to fuel and nourish your body I can certainly help with that. I have a HUGE passion for fitness and I love to share it by helping others. I am a busy mom with 2 kids in sports (gymnastics, football, and baseball).

What to Expect
We work hard but according to the client's ability level. We start with a warm up (usually cardio of some sort), weight training with high intensity cardio in between for the greatest metabolic effect. Workouts that combine weight training with high intensity cardio can have up to a 720 calorie after-burn during the next 24 to 48 hours! If your goal is drop weight then we will want to increase the client's lean muscle mass with this method of weights and cardio.
