I have been helping men and women in the Metropolitan NYC area for the past five years. I have a tremendous passion for living a fit/healthy lifestyle and enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. It is very rewarding to see my clients work so hard to achieve their personal fitness goals. Starting a fitness program is never easy, but I like to think that I soften the blow by making the workout fun but effective.

A typical session with me includes a cardio and strength training workout that may be body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands, TRX , boxing or sand bag. It will be intense, fun and effective.
I occasionally like to run short challenges among my clients. In the last one a male client lost a total of 14 lbs in 21 days following my meal and workout plan.
