Hi, my name is Mary. I am an Army Veteran who stands at 4'9", a breast cancer warrior at age 40 (1st diagnosis at age 34 and again at age 40), I was born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate, and had multiple surgeries due to my military service. Some say these are challenges and I say they are stepping stones of who I am. I do not see failure but, an opportunity to succeed at the highest level. I have my Associates in Medical Assistance and was a Combat Medical in the Army. I have my bachelor's in Community Health and I have my Masters's in Social Work. My entire life revolves around health at any level in the community. I care about people and their success!

My job is to help you take control of your health but, in reality, you will be gaining a sister, a daughter, a friend for life. I may be the professional but, you steer the direction. I am here for you and if you are not feeling it due to injury or illness we will modify or change the course for the day but, under no circumstances will you ever quit. I listen to you instead of dictating like a drill sergeant unless that's what you want out of me.
I had a client training for over a year for her wedding. When she came to me, she was unhappy with her previous trainer. I started slowly with Felicia, and by the time her wedding came around, she saw me twice a week for her regular sessions, twice a week for Bootcamp, and I received the first picture in her wedding dress. I couldn't be happier at how it all turned out. She is now a mother of a little boy who is one year old, and I see pictures of him daily. My next client Stacey I met in 2013. We were doing an event in NYC and just so happen to have a lot in common. We started out as friends and became client/trainer. During our training course, she got pregnant with her son, and we stopped training due to its toll on her body. After Calvin was born, we started training again. All of her training was virtual. I can say that she is a personal trainer, a social worker, and my sister/maid of honor at my wedding in Sept 2018.

I’ve been working with Mary for 5 weeks now, I’ve lost 17 lbs., have started to see muscles I haven’t seen in years, I’m eating healthy delicious foods and I FEEL GREAT. Mary is a dedicated trainer and really cares about me; each session is designed for my needs. She pushes and motivates me, and always has my personal safety and health in mind. She texts me between sessions and challenges me each week to a step challenge (which I win a lot :) ). She is so much more than just a rep counter; she has an incredible understanding of human anatomy and physiology which has been extremely helpful considering my weak knees and plantar fasciitis. No matter what your fitness needs are, Mary is the one to help you achieve them. I HIGHLY recommend Mary!!!
Mary is a very good trainer. I have not worked out consistently in a while so she has taken the time to create workouts that cater to my needs. She started off our first session with beginner level exercises then slowly increased the difficulty for our following sessions. Mary is an excellent choice for a fitness trainer.

Mary worked me very hard while always being aware of any limitations I may have had. She was encouraging and kept her workouts interesting. Mary was a pleasure to work with even if I hated working out.
From the first session where we covered goals and got started straight away with a plan, Mary made exercising fun and also interesting – explaining what we’re doing and why..

Each session is an hour long, including warm-up and stretch.
I learned so much, not only about getting in shape, but also about how the different muscles connect and work, and i also learned to eat healthier. I feel confident I have the tools to continue exercising on my own and the knowledge I gained from Mary will benefit both me and my family for the rest of our lives.
