Hi – I’m Marshall! Thank you for stopping by! I’d like to take just a moment of your time to tell you a little about myself. I was born and raised right here in New Mexico. Throughout my adult life, I’ve made a career out my passion for exercise, healthy eating, and physical fitness. Throughout my career as a personal trainer and fitness expert, I’ve earned various National Certifications for Personal Training including ACE, ACTION, and NASM. My goal is, and has always been, to help my clients transform their lives by getting healthy, losing weight, and keeping it off!

I have been amazed at how Marshall has been able to keep every single session fresh, new, challenging and (unbelievably) fun. The results in just four months are great. The meal plan that he has customized to my nutrition needs are simple without any complicated recipes and easy to follow. Marshall has also kept me accountable by making sure I show up to my gym appointment, making sure I’m not just going through the motions, and that I’m sticking to my meal plan without incriminating me.
