About Me

I have been an athlete my entire life and have competed in baseball, soccer and handball in college. I am currently competing in Olympic style weightlifting. It enables me to stay strong, in shape and have fun doing it! I found another level of fitness through Crossfit eight years ago and have stuck to this type of training because it gets results fast. I am Level 1 Sports Performance Coach certified and Crossfit Level 1 certified.
