Hello! My name is Marla. Pre covid, I worked at Medline's corporate headquarters in their fitness center as one of their top personal trainers for nearly 10 years! I am passionate about natural health, fitness, and building self-confidence.... and I aim to inspire others to do the same! Along with personal training. I also own my own company Marla's Organics, a collection of all natural handcrafted soaps, herbal tinctures, body oils, and herbal teas. My client Becky began her fitness journey about 50 pounds overweight, elevated blood pressure, and very unhappy with her body and self confidence. We began her fitness routine with activities and movements she enjoyed but also aimed at her goal of weight loss. We included things like boxing, full body movements, yoga, and specific exercises to help improve her horse back riding skill. Slowly but surely and after much consistency, she lost 50 pounds, lowered her blood pressure, drastically improved her horse back riding technique, and regained her love for herself and her body. My client Tim began with a goal of gaining muscle and strength but had very little prior exercise experience and had taken many years off exercise. He started his fitness journey at about 145 pounds. We developed a plan for him to begin slowly (2-3 days a week) but incorporated many compound movements to maximize muscle gain and strength. Each week we tracked his lifting numbers and it was really exciting and gratifying for him to increase his strength each week! He now weighs in at almost 190 pounds but has remained very lean so that is nearly 50 pounds of muscle gain! He feels confident, strong, and genuinely enjoys his workouts that make him feel great!

I have worked out with Marla for almost 4 years now. I have done in person and virtual sessions, she is inventive and motivating for her clients.
