For over 13 years I have provided one on one training using (no contact) boxing fitness training. This means you train like a boxer without the worries of black eyes or bloody noses! By tailoring your workout to your specific fitness level, you can begin to reach your goals and learn skills as well! My clients range from age 11-72, from little to no fitness experience to cross training for their sport. I really enjoy people new or getting back into their physical health! Expect laughs with the sweat:) Appointments determined by your schedule.
Much of what we do is broken in rounds (2-3 minutes ). However some “reps” are used as well. This isn’t a “Punch and Pushup “ workout! You will learn boxing skills while getting that great workout you expect! Plan to laugh and sweat!
My greatest memory was a gentleman in his 60s. Just 2 years prior was bed ridden from liver damage. I am happy to say that now he can workout for 15 rounds with strength and greatly advanced balance.
