Hi my name is Mark and I am a very active individual that loves helping people overcome obstaclesand become fit, healthier, stronger and better than ever before.

I have a background in kinesiology and hundreds of success stories in the weight lost transformation department. I am also a registered dietitian and register nutritionist.

I will help you in any way I can to get to your goal. My sessions are fun and dynamic. I also hold MMA certification so we can incorporate some MMA style boxing into our routines. If you would like to change your life style once and for all then I am the right trainer for you. Looking forward to working with you towards a fit healthier stronger better version of you!

What to Expect

Our very first session will be fun nothing crazy or over the top simple yet effective assessments that will keep you engaged. You will workout without feeling like you cant function the next day.
After our first session i will create a program according to your current level of fitness and goals the program will change as you make progress keeping you engaged at all times while seeing results.

Till she reached out for help, at first it was hard not enough energy or stamina and zero confidence, i build a program that was easy for her to do while still having enough time keep up with her every day life. We worked out 3 times per week and give her assessments for the days that we didn't train after 8 months Emilia overcome every obstacle and became very self motivated, confident and fearless now at 150lbs she is ready to conquer the world!
