What to Expect

Tailored sessions begin by assessing what you are looking for from our time together and then how to best meet your goals given your unique individual circumstances, i.e. experience, body type, schedule, diet ect. You will be given an individual routine which I will tailor for your unique body as you perform exercises under my supervision. I will provide hands on assists and guidance throughout the session and give you some homework to work if need be. Expect to meet your goals swiftly!
