About Me

I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual, every person has distinct abilities and needs. I use an individualized approach to assess, motivate, educate and train clients regarding their personal health and fitness needs and goals. I design safe and effective exercise programs and provide guidance to help clients achieve their dreams. I pride myself in building trusting relationships, and ensure the safety of all my clients.

What to Expect

Every session is at least 30 min to 2 hours depending on the type of training and /or goals.
