A steady progression toward reaching your goals. Exercise history, medical history, likes and dislikes are all taken into consideration when I develop an exercise program for my client. Also lifestyle factors. Basically my client gets a very well rounded, challenging and safe workout. It might even be fun.

I've been working with Mark for ten years. He is very knowledgeable, but most importantly he will listen to your goals. Every few weeks he changes up the exercises we do so I keep improving, but most importantly I don't get bored. He is also always on-time and very supportive of his clients. I look forward to many more years.
