I have been a personal trainer for 24 years since I graduated from Marshall University in 1992. I have been married for 28 years and have three children. My passion is hockey, I play hockey and I also work on the Ice Crew for the Chicago Black Hawks (yes there are men on the ice crew). My love for exercise comes from running the streets as a kid and playing sports throughout my entire life. I see so many people stop doing what they love to do because they believe they are "getting old". That is the biggest lie ever. I realize that the more you move the more you will move. I am grateful I can incorporate exercise in my life every day and I want people to believe they can do the same!
