Hi, my name is Mario. I started working out for vanity reasons when I was 14 years old. It only took a few months before it became a daily habit and something I really enjoyed doing. Many years after I decided to get certified and educate myself on training & nutrition. For a long time I only used barbells and dumbbells to train, but years later I transitioned to utilizing more unconventional training methods and tools like rings, bodyweight, kettlebells, bands, balls, suspension trainers & ropes.

Mario is a very skilled and knowledgable personal trainer. I'm so impressed with his passion for his work and the constant learning and trainings to keep up in his field. I've had amazing results working with him with strength, tone, and weight. He has helped tremendously with my lower back issues by strengthening my core, gluteus, and scapula area. He is beyond amazing!
My 1hr session with Mario was very well organized and executed. We began by warming up my body with some cardio, once warmed up we went straight into some of the most intense workouts I’ve ever completed. I have a torn meniscus in my left knee and was at first very concerned about doing any movements which might harm my knee and make my pain worse. Being that I had already mentioned this to Mario, he ensured my workouts were modified to protect my knee while still maximizing every rep and set. With consistent training with Mario I have been able to alíviate lower back pain, have gotten a lot stronger, increased my resistance during HIIT workouts and cardio and had great results with weight loss and toning. I will definitely continue training with Mario to achieve my fitness goals, and recommend anyone who is looking for a great knowledgeable trainer to leverage his expertise to achieve your own goals.
Absolutely incredible trainer. Whether it’s a one on one or a class, he takes his time to properly instruct each student. He not only corrects your posture for effectiveness but for your safety. Taking pride in your progress as if it were his own; he pushes you and realizes when you’ve gain strength to change it up. I highly recommend him for his training abilities and for his education and dedication to nutrition.
