ACE Certified Personal Trainer for 9 years now, (10 in December). I've trained people from so many walks of life from doctors, to stay-at-home moms, and people approaching 90-years-old! Many have had different goals, whether it was making it through a 5K, recovering from knee surgery, or bikini competitions. I have been able to help them prepare for all of those things, and shared that feeling of accomplishment.

This will depend on your goals, as I train you specifically for that. I usually like to do a little bit of warm - up, gradually increasing intensity (depending on where you are with fitness level), and finish with cool - down, stretching, etc. Again, the exercise selection is typically based on your goals.
