I am the Owner and the one that will be with you step by step in your fitness journey. If you know me at all, then you know I am a huge Anime, Comic Book, Cartoon and Gamer type of person and that has influenced a lot of my training and focus on how I approach my own workouts down to my clients as well. Making my workouts fun, enjoyable, and affective for ages young to well aged. I received my Personal Trainer Certificate from the accredited school ISSA (International Sports Science Association) and have been a certified trainer for 6 years. I've played basketball since I was 5 years old. Did high school basketball at a private school, was ranked as a shooting guard and was recruited to college to play on a scholarship at Elizabeth City State University in North Carolina. I took basketball a step further after being blessed enough to make the Virginia Storm Semi-Pro Basketball Team and was blessed enough to do this for 3 years. I found training after an injury in college was discovered that showed I had knee tendinitis in both of my knees. After that news from the doctor, I had to figure out how I could stay around sports although I couldn't do the long term competitive side of it anymore. The idea of I.H.I.T. was born, and I am here to help change as many lives as I can from my experience and knowledge in the field. Enjoy the site. Clients should expect workouts to last between 45 minutes to an hour. Moderate to high intensity depending on the client's preference for that particular workout. Creative workouts so clients do get bored with doing the same thing over and again, all while hitting the same muscles and goals that were set between myself and the client.
I do not want to say names but 2 of my clients have made great strides in their fitness journey. One has lost her goal weight of 40lbs with me in 5 months and the other has gained 15lbs of muscle and built a lot of strength with me in 6 months.
