I'm a former NCAA Division I track and field scholarship hurdler and I was ranked on the top U.S. times list for the 2004 indoor track season. I have experience in weight gain, weight loss, muscle building, conditioning, speed training and hurdle training. Before I started training I was 145 lbs. After dedicating myself to training I am now 185lbs and 8 percent bodyfat. I have a strong athletic background to go with my weight training experience. I have been a personal trainer since 2012.
A client can expect to be catered to and pushed to a limit that they never knew they could reach. I have 15 plus years of customer service experience with Hospitality management experience so I have an idea of how to deal with people and gauge their needs and make a solution to fit their expectations.
I had a client come to looking to lose a certain amount of weight when she walked in the door. And I warned her that I really don't care about what the scale says and that I'm more concern about how your clothes fit and look on you. She didn't understand at first until she came back a couple into the gym a couple months later wearing six pants sizes smaller than she a did before but she didn't have a drastic change in the weight on the scale. Muscle weighs more than fat so don't determine your progress on the number on the scale.
