About Me

Hi there, I'm Marcus and I am passionate about getting the body moving, in shape, and pain-free! I have been a NASM certified personal trainer for over three years. I pride myself on my ability to make my sessions light-hearted and fun while still providing a tough and invigorating workout. I have a wide range of fitness experience, from working in box gyms, small studios, group classes, and one on one training. I love working as a team with my clients to set a game plan and accomplish it, one step at a time. Your goal is my mission!

What to Expect

Training with me, clients can expect a fun and energetic environment. Depending on the fitness level of the client and how much time we have will determine how I will set up my program. I will always start with an active/dynamic stretching routine instead of just jumping on cardio machines.

One of my clients that I trained in the past came to me asking for help. She didn't know what she needed to do to obtain her goal and at that time, wasn't really into working out. After working with her 3 days a week for 6 weeks, she reached her goal and she loves working out. She still continued to see me afterwards as well.

Another client came to me wanting to tone and increase strength. I saw her 3 days a week for an hour and within a year, her body fat percentage decreased, lean muscle increased, as well as increase in strength.

Another client came to me looking to lose weight, increase strength, and increase lean muscle. Although I was only able to work with him 2 days a week I also gave him a program to do on the days he wasn't able to see me. In doing so, he reached his goal faster with the added program than he would have without it and as the weeks went by I could tell he looked leaner, had more energy, and was stronger than when he started.
