About Me

Hi, my name is Marcia. I am a certified personal trainer with over 25 years experience in Pilates, weight training, strength conditioning, aerobic fitness and I also counsel in nutrition and weight loss. I absolutely love being the worlds coach and helping people live their best lives possible by being the best version of themselves. My experience allows me to work with many different types of people including youth, middle aged, and seniors.

What to Expect

In the beginning I will spend time learning about you the client. That means learning about your goals, daily lives, overall physical and mental health, injuries, etc. We discuss your diet because diet is 75% of the equation. I will build a program that fits into your lifestyle and is tailored according to your body type.

I believe in a coaching approach that motivates without being overly critical and staying positive. Clients should feel great about themselves when they leave here!
