About Me

Hi, my name is Manuela. I live, dream, and eat fitness everyday of my life. I fell in love with fitness at a young age and knew that I wanted to share my love with others who have the aspiration to become a better stronger version of themselves. I pride myself in learning and educating myself on health and fitness for as long as possible. I have dedicated ample time to learning about various styles of fitness training. My motivation for fitness comes from knowing that I will be able to aid my clients in bettering their lives whether its to be able to run a marathon, be in a competition or even just get healthier to be around for their grandchildren.

They can expect to have fun, for the workouts to be intense and challenging but in a way where they will help your body change.

I believe that exercise doesn’t have to be an intimidating task, so I strive on making my training sessions fun, yet challenging, educational, and most importantly effective.

My very first client was a male, as a female I knew that it was going to be a fun challenge to transform his body to his dream. He trained with me for a year, his starting weight was 300 lbs. As training started and continued each month there were improvements and more excitement to get closer to each small goal. He put in the work and was consistent not only with training but with the real challenge which was the nutrition aspect of health and fitness. His consistency was kept up with thought the entire year and by the end of training he reached his goal of getting to 200 lbs. His whole body had transformed not only physically but mentally and emotionally, he was a whole different person with a different perspective on life.
