My name is Mallori Jean, I am a certified personal trainer in Fayetteville, Arkansas. I do in-home training and also receive clients at my home. I have done online training in the past, but I am now focusing on in-home training. I love the one-on-one interaction with my clients. I love how they feel when they see positive changes in their lives and they start to feel proud of themselves! I provide training equipment and use various techniques to help my clients stay focused and engaged during our sessions. I help my clients reach their fitness goals by focusing on long-term behavior changes that will ultimately help them reach their fitness goals. Behavior changes put them in control of their lifestyle and empower them to make positive changes. I take it one day at a time with my clients and help them build a strong foundation so they can feel strong, confident, and empowered to reach any goal!

What to Expect

You can expect to sweat! I always include a warm-up, flexibility, strength training modified and specific to goals. I also include a cool-down or cardio. I also provide instruction for cardio during the week. Again, all according to goals!

One of my clients comes to mind when I think of a success story because not only did she reach her physical goals, she gained so much more. She was a postpartum mom. She had no prior experience with exercise. After about 6 months of training, she lost 14 lbs. and gained muscle. But not only that, she was happier and gained so much confidence. Her acne cleared up, and she felt hydrated and energetic for the first time since high school. I was so pleased to see how empowered she was with her results! That is why I do what I do, to see those lifestyle changes transform a person's life.
