Hello Goal Getting! When it comes to training my clients my philosophy is to make it as easy as possible to maintain. My main focus with my clients is to implement a training session that prevents injury and create results. My program as a whole educates my clients on how to prevent injury while working on personal weight loss or weight gain for overall better health. I have worked in the personal training industry for over 5 years. I have trained with many mentors and assisted with a diverse clientele with diverse fitness and nutritional levels. I offer individualized nutrition plans, body sculpting, agility training, circuit training, HITT, group and strength training. I'm originally from California and have made Texas my home for over 20 years and Texas is where I found the passion to make this a lifestyle change. I enjoy watching the Rockets and walking my dogs early in the morning and helping others achieve their goals. Mj

(2) A science-based nutrition approach that is maintainable and easy to follow with simple recipes/ingredients and geared toward seeing physical results. This is where I'm super passionate because so many of us feel controlled by cravings and don't feel our "healthy eating" pays off physically. My nutrition guide has been a game-changer for myself and other women in letting go of food-related stress and struggles and seeing supercharged results! (3) An online accountability community of inspiring women, helping each other follow through.
