About Me

Hey there! Thanks for stopping by! While you're here, I would love to share a bit about myself.

My name is MJ and I'm 45 years old. I have a huge passion for health and fitness.

I began working out regularly when I was 15. I definitely began my journey as a cardio junkie ... mostly because I didn't know how to navigate the weight room lol.

Then, I met Ed, my first trainer, more than 16 years ago and the rest is history! He showed me everything! This led me to the health and fitness industry, which I have been a part of for more than 15 years now. I can thank him for getting me hooked on the gym!

Now, I live for weight training!

I found physical strength translates into inner strength and this helps me feel unstoppable in and out of the gym!

I believe in using health and fitness as a stepping stone for boosting self-love, confidence and overall happiness.

I know it works because it improved my life in so many ways!

Through healthy living, I discovered my true self and found the courage and confidence to go for my dreams!

On July 11, 2015, I pushed and trained with TEAM SBM to go for my dream of competing, Now I want to
inspire and empower others to look better, feel better and lead lives they absolutely love!

Now, I combine my educational background with my 16 years of experience in the health and fitness industry to help others.

I specialize in helping my women achieve fit and lean bodies, while ultimately boosting their self-love, confidence and overall happiness!
