Hi, my name is Malik. I am high energy trainer with compassion and understanding for people and their goals--allowing me to see further into a persons goals and wants in training so we can take it to the next level. I have been a personal trainer for 5 years, most of that time I have worked independently with a primary focus on training young to older adults looking to increase the quality of life through functional training; improving posture, neuromuscular control, strength, proprioception, and balance. I believe in forming a connection between the mind and body to achieve optimal results through functional strength training. Three core values of my own with training are: Integrity - holding myself accountable and giving clients the best experience. Open Mindedness - consistently seeking ways to learn and grow for the betterment of client base and myself. Leadership - leading by example and providing a safe net for clients to trust and believe in.
