Hi, my name is Malik. I am high energy trainer with compassion and understanding for people and their goals--allowing me to see further into a persons goals and wants in training so we can take it to the next level. I have been a personal trainer for 5 years, most of that time I have worked independently with a primary focus on training young to older adults looking to increase the quality of life through functional training; improving posture, neuromuscular control, strength, proprioception, and balance. I believe in forming a connection between the mind and body to achieve optimal results through functional strength training.
