Hi, my name is Malik. I got my start in the fitness industry because throughout my teenage years I was very overweight and had a low self esteem. When I turned 15 my mom purchased a gym membership for me and that changed my life forever. Once I started lifting I had so much more confidence in myself and that shy kid that I once was started to come out of his shell. Then I realized that there were many other people in the same position that I was in and I wanted to help them. I had a lot of experience working out and losing weight but I wanted to take it to the next level. I got certified as a personal trainer & have been in love with my job ever since.

A client can expect to be pushed & motivated through every workout session. I also explain why we are doing certain exercises to help reach their goals. I take all my clients through a thorough warm-up and cool-down to prevent injury and improve performance.
