About Me

I have been involved with health and fitness for the past 15 years. I am 100 percent natural and drug free. I am a certified personal trainer, group exercise instructor and fitness nutritionist. I also enjoy educating myself through research and development.

My experience includes weight loss and weight gain programs as well as strength and conditioning programs for individuals at all levels of athletic experience. I specialize in competition prep for all categories. I have been involved with exercise all my life; beginning as a ballerina and figure skater at the age of 5. I fell in love with fitness about six years ago and sports nutrition approximately two years ago. I have a passion for helping people find their full potential by sharing my knowledge and experience with them.
