My name is Madison, and I am an avid CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifter who resides in Virginia Beach. I have lived in the area for three years and have participated in the sports for a year and half now. Kilo Crush Fest was my first CrossFit competition where my partner and I placed first. We proceeded to take fifth in our next team competition, and I recently took third place in an individual event in April 2018. I aspire to qualify for the CrossFit games one day and to hopefully compete at the Olympic level in Weightlifting in the future.

A typical training session with me will include a general warm-up that is created based on what the "main" lift of the day will be, followed by accessory work for the muscles that were targeted in the lift. If a client is more interested in form, then the session will be based around finding the rights cues and gestures to properly generate and maintain the correct posture for each of the basic movements.
A client of mine who is an avid soccer player and frequent drinker, lost a combined 19 lbs in the first month of working together and 4.2% body fat just by decreasing his amount of alcohol consumption and increasing his frequency of HIIT together!
