About Me

Hi, my name is Madison. As an ACSM certified exercise physiologist with a Level 2 Exercise is Medicine Credential, I prescribe exercise for a wide variety of clientele including general, older, and at-risk populations. I focus on all aspects of health to aid in the process of behavior change. I utilize evidence-based approaches to help individuals achieve goals that were never thought possible. I specialize in performance enhancement, disease management, and weight loss and work with all fitness levels including beginners to seasoned athletes and competitors.

I provide two types of coaching: 1) Health and 2) Fitness. As every individual is unique, neither is a one-size-fits-all approach. In order to provide the best service possible, my initial consultation is FREE with the goal of selecting the best coaching path for you and your goals!

What to Expect

I utilize evidence-based methods to improve performance and reach maximal potential in every client. I prefer my clients to get out of their comfort zone (they will thank me later). A typically training session with me is unpredictable, always efficient, and enjoyable to the client.
