About Me

Hi, my name is Mac. I am a physical therapist who is passionate about fitness and health. When you train with me, you should expect a coach who is an expert at the neuromusculoskeletal system. Also, expect results, accountability and to have fun most of all.

Exercise is challenging, but should be fun. The decision to begin the fitness journey can be quite challenging. Anyone can make you sweat; however, you can expect to improve your overall fitness and well-being as we work as a team to reach your goals. After the initial assessment, we will set goals together. Your workouts will be designed specifically to you and your fitness level. I will educate and guide you to a healthy lifestyle to maintain an independent healthy lifestyle. I design customized one-on-one, group training programs and help motivate clients to exercise while monitoring progress for your specific goals.

What to Expect

During a typical session, we will perform a dynamic warm-up and based on your goals and initial assessment perform a specific workout that addresses your needs and finally a cool down that includes flexibility work.

I had a client who had just been through a horrible divorce, was depressed and became overweight. She came into the gym with a friend and decided to sign up. I offered her a complementary session and listened to her story. She began exercising occasionally, eventually, she decided to hire me as a trainer.
