About Me

Hi, my name is Mac. I live ny one philosophy, "In order to transform the body you must transform the mind." I began the hourney into health and fitness at the age of 13 at my high school gym. I loved learning about the human body, exercise science, kinesiology and anatomy throughout high school and college. I continued my studies at the National Academy of Sports Medicine wile earning my bachelors of science in business administration, network and communications.

Not only will you be educated about form and technique. We offer an all inclusive form of training such as flexibility training, injury prevention, and stabilization.

I began working with Mac right after my 59th birthday, November 18, 2014. My goal was to be in the best shape of my life by the time I turned 60 yrs old. My beginning weight was 297 lbs. Mac and I worked together twice a week and I worked on my own two to three times a week. Over the course of one year I lost a total of 92 lbs. When I turned 60 I weighed 205, had increased cardio endurance and considerable overall strength.

In order to improve upon my results, I added cycling to my routine during my second year of training and typically road 60-100 miles a week. A couple months prior to his 59th birthday, my husband set a goal to be in the best shape of his life by his 60th birthday. I was not sure how to make that happen since he was almost 300 lbs. Standing at 6'3", he was able to carry the weight well; however, we both knew he wasn't healthy. I prayed for wisdom and a solution and God delivered Mac Harvey. I hired Mac to be my husband's trainer for one month and it turned out to be a year long journey.

My husband and I both found Mac to be knowledgeable, dedicated, compassionate, and exceedingly kind. It's now been 18 months and my husband has kept the weight off and is enjoying a much happier and healthier lifestyle. We credit much of his success to Mac's diligent instruction, patience, and genuine concern.
