I have taken Lyn’s classes and personal training (PT) for close to a year now. I refused to have a personal trainer for a very long time because I am a former athlete and did not believe a personal trainer had very much to offer in the way of training, diet, or motivation. But I was so impressed with Lyn’s classes that I decided to try out the PT just see how it goes. I was happily shocked at just how beneficial it was. In areas where I was already strong she suggested helpful tweaks to take my training to the next level. As for my weaknesses, she zoomed in on these and my weaknesses became strengths.
Lyn’s positive attitude is highly motivational. Not only are her workouts effective, they are also creative and fun at the same time.
Lyn caters to her clients’ needs with a laser-like focus. If you already have goals, Lyn will structure sessions 100% towards achieving them. If you do not have goals she will help you with defining them.
She is extremely talented and knowledgeable, not only with designing workouts that are appropriate for each of her clients; but she also offers sound advice when it comes to nutrition, supplements, and human physiology.
Whether you are experienced and want someone to add a little extra improvement to your current regimen, or if you are just getting started and need the knowledgebase of an expert, Lyn is who you need. I’ve lost over 40 pounds of fat in the last 2 years and gained muscle. Lyn was integral in obtaining these goals. Put simply, Lyn has the right stuff.
