I focus on getting my athletes quicker and faster as well as specializing in DB and WR training. I train all sports and positions by developing programs specific to their sport and position. I also train individuals who are looking to tone, build muscle, and/or lose weight. Speed and agility are key to giving you an edge on the field. Technique is one of the most important parts of winning or losing the battle on the field. I ensure that you learn proper technique and small tricks of the trade to make u better. I am a former 3 sport athlete in football, baseball, and track where I played at one of the top high school programs in Atlanta, Westlake High School. I played one year of college football at D2 Fort Valley St University. The skills I learned from those programs along with coaching clinics as well as currently working on my certification in performance enhancement I can get you prepared to be a top athlete in this sport. As I always say "Slow feet dont eat"
