My name is Lucas and I grew up in Berkeley, California. Rather than tell you all about myself I'll give you my take on fitness, what it has done for me, and what it can do for you. Fitness has opened more doors for me than I had ever imagined. I don't know what I'd do without it. It has given me a physical foundation but more importantly a mental one. It has positively shaped the decisions I make on a daily basis. The mind body connection I have developed along my journey has allowed me to be more focused on my personal endeavors, more mindful in my relationships; and has given me a drive to improve every single day in and out of the gym. It has given me the clarity and confidence to accomplish intimidating goals in a calculated fashion. The work I've put into developing my mind body connection has allowed me to be more aware of my mental and physical needs. I feel fortunate to be able to use my passion as a lens for others to see how fitness can improve their work ethic and personal lives. I picked up weights for the first time in freshman year of high school and haven't stopped. I have been a personal trainer for 5 years and it has been the most rewarding job I've had. Helping others push themselves to realize their full potential feels good, and I plan to do it for as long as I can. I work out of a gym in downtown Santa Barbara. There is no membership required which makes getting in to the gym for a session very convenient.

• In each session you can expect a workout that is truly personalized and catered to your fitness goals and your body's potential. • I have a calm training style but I know how to push my clients to their perfect intensity level. • Each workout is fun, tough and efficient! • We will have a blast during our session, although it may be more of me talking at you while you bust your butt doing box jumps. I look forward to training with you!
I used to work at gold's gym in Venice, CA. I was doing eight to ten sessions a day. Each and every one of them came to every session prepared to improve. It is very tough to choose one success story amongst the many I have had. One that does however stand out is that of a woman who moved from Texas for a job offer in LA. When she landed in La she chose to make a change in her life. She decided to enlist in the army. This meant dropping 30 lbs in 4 months and building a whole lot of strength, and thats exactly what we did. We trained together six times a week. By the end of those 4 months she had experienced an entire transformation and was unrecognizable.
