He has a solid background knowledge about human movements and very passionate about coaching. He takes time to explain the benefits of each movement and the purpose of the workout. I really like the way he approaches to the workouts.
Lu helped me a lot with my weight loss goal with the use of body weight, resistance bands and athletic training. We worked out at the park 3 times a week for 3 months and all I can say is that I feel better and energized all day!
