Louis is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. His passion for fitness began while playing soccer in Colombia as a young boy. Over the years, Louis expanded his expertise in the field of fitness by helping others to lose weight and become stronger. Louis has worked as a personal trainer in Blink Fitness and in New York Sports Club. Aside from fitness, he is expanding his knowledge in the world of Finance by attending Brooklyn College. He also speak Cantonese, Spanish, and English fluently.

He can expect to start the session with warm; running for five minutes. He could stretch for 5 minutes. The rest of the remaining session is going to be broken down into two parts. One body part which could be legs, and second body part abdominals.
