Hi, my name is Loren. Expect a workout that you'll actually want to stick with! My program offers an extremely effective and fun full-body circuit-training workout that builds muscle and develops cardiovascular fitness. I create different routines for women and men - the female workouts shape a strong, balanced and powerfully feminine figure for women; the male workouts increase endurance, power and flexibility for men. Every workout is different, so there's no plateauing or boredom for you or your muscles. Successful adherents to the program include people who have never exercised regularly, occasional or past exercisers looking to bring structure to their active lives and get in shape, and fitness enthusiasts looking for a “jolt”, a fresh way of working out or to enhance gender-specific muscular definition.
My program also offers an excellent value. Each session will challenge your entire body and it works well as a standalone workout program for both your strength and cardio. It also includes flexibility and relaxation. Pair it with the weekly home workout I provide as part of my service to you, and you have the only program you need to promote body re-composition from fat to muscle. I also offer optional weekly fit living challenges, which offer nutrition and other fitness-supporting goals that you can choose to be held accountable to.
I'm also a warm and genuine person. I aim to give off positive vibes and spread light! However, I am firm and direct, as a trainer should be. I LOVE helping people and being a trainer. I want you to feel GREAT about yourself and be energized for your life!

What to Expect
Clients can expect to have fun and be challenged. Every session is different, so you and your muscles won't tire of the same repetitive movements.
I aim to make everything about working together easy and efficient. I offer Skype, phone, email and even text consultations/ Q + A's for potential clients. When we decide to work together, I'll email a few brief web-based surveys to get to know you, your needs, and your goals better. I come to your home, office, or community gym - all that is needed is at least a 6x6 space. I bring everything needed.

Loren set me up on 1 hour intervals of strength training and cardio, plus flexibility training. My program lasted 3 months. 1 hour goes by so quickly! I began to look forward more and more to each session because my body began to change shape by becoming smaller and firmer. It isn't always easy to stay on course with a program for so many reasons. Loren's excitement for what she does was the first thing that drew me in. But would her program work? It did! When you start to feel stronger and look better it keeps you motivated. I’ve always been athletic but hated ‘working out at the gym’. It was always so hard to motivate and I'd never see sustained results. I've been working out with Loren, for several months now and for the first time in years, I'm actually enjoying my time in the gym and I'm seeing incredible results!
Loren's workouts are HARD, but she is so motivating! Her sessions change each time we meet and they work every muscle in my body through a combination of intensive free weights, resistance, and cardio. No machines are ever used.
As a result, my full body has become firmer and stronger. My endurance for sports and activities has really improved as well (ultimate Frisbee, flag football) and for the first time in years, I feel major improvements in my core and my flexibility. I'm in my late 30’s and I suddenly feel great all over. Loren also works with me on healthy lifestyle choices outside of the gym. Going to increase my sessions from once to twice a week.

Loren is a truly excellent trainer. I admit I am not the easiest client because of my demanding work schedule and more importantly, my lack of motivation to work out. This is not a problem for Loren. She makes the experience convenient, effective, and very rewarding! She tailors a fast-paced and entertaining workout specific to my fitness level - all within an hour’s time at my community gym. I highly recommend her to other professionals who are short on time and want a quick, full-body workout.
I don’t like ‘working out’ and have always become bored with exercise programs in the past. I also get discouraged when I don’t feel or see results. Loren’s workouts are different from everything I’ve tried. They’re fun and I started feeling stronger and firmer in just a few weeks. I do the home workouts regularly and they’re easy to follow yet I start working up a good sweat after just a few minutes.
