About Me

I have been a personal trainer for six years. I started in 2009 as a trainer at Gold's Gym. After just 10 months I went independent and started L2 Fitness. After a little over a year of founding L2 Fitness I then merged with a business partner to be part owner of Austin Simply Fit. After almost two years at Austin Simply Fit I sold my minority interest in the company back to my business parter at the end of 2013. I took all of 2014 off in order to travel the world and get married to my beautiful and amazing wife. Now in 2015 I'm back in the training game and looking for independent and private training clients. My main focus of my training is to do whatever I have to do to help my clients reach their goals.
