About Me

My name is Liza but my training is recognized as LMGFIT. I was a narcotics agent for the state of Pennsylvania when I graduate college with my Criminal Justice degree at the early age of 21. I had this burning desire inside to wipe the streets clean of drugs so my nieces and nephews can stay away and not be tempted to experiment but as I continued in that career I realized that I was not helping people as much as I wanted to. Growing up playing basketball, and being an athlete I always had the passion to be a basketball coach but many people do not push you to follow your dreams, instead they push you to get a good degree and a good job with healthcare and 401K plan.

At the age of 23 I decided to follow my dreams and reach people the best way I know how to. BEING ACTIVE. Since I became a trainer I have reached hundreds of people and have changed hundred of peoples lives. The expression on my client's face when they realized how far they have came is what keeps me motivated to keep training. What to Expect

Every training session is different. I create programs for my clients based on their goals but also considering their limitations. Every person is different with different skill sets. In my training I like to combine strength, power, endurance, and cardio. No TWO days are the same because as a trainer I want to keep your body guessing so it does not plateau. On any given day we may do a High Intensity Interval Training, the other we may lift high reps with moderate weight or build strength through heavy loads, but most importantly I like to create a FUN and INSPIRING atmosphere so it can influence my clients' life growth.
