However, it wasn’t until she got involved with fitness competitions and had a scare with cancer that she realized that it was her life's passion to share her knowledge with other people. This results-orientated trainer holds her clients to high expectations. As a trainer, she takes great pride in helping people reach their goals. Lisa has trained clients from the ages or 3 to 60. She holds a bachelor's degree in physical education, along with minors in health, adaptive physical education, and coaching. She is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer and holds a nutrition and wellness certification with the American Fitness Professionals & Associates (AFPA).
