Hi, my name is Lisa. I am an Olympic athlete, I competed in the Beijing and London Olympic Games for GB. I have been running for most of my life and have worked with some of the world’s best coaches, physiotherapists and strength and conditioning experts. I struggled with injury throughout my career; I am currently mid way through my PSC Pilates teacher training program. I have been an assistant coach at elite level and coach privately for weight loss and performance. I love helping people reach their goals-whatever level that may be. Staying fit and healthy has been my job since I can remember and I love showing people how easy and life changing this can be!

Mary: Beginner to Runner! Mary Lost 20kg in 1 year through healthy eating and slowly building running into her weekly routine. We found an exercise that she loved and built up the strength to be able to cope with running further and faster! We started with 1min run 1min walk and some conditioning circuits... now she’s competed 2 half marathons and is set to tackle her 1st marathon in 2019.
