Health and fitness have always been two major passions in my life. As a certified personal trainer I am able to assist others in reaching their health and fitness goals, while teaching individuals proper technique, posture and form. Along with my certification, I also have a military background. I have been in the Army for nine years and strive to be the best soldier I can possibly be. I thoroughly enjoy teaching others about health and fitness and love guiding my clients to the results they desire!

Client success is the key factor that drives me each and every day. My clients can expect to feel as though their time has been well spent with me. Depending on personal goals and individual needs, my clients are sure to learn new skills that will set them up for positive results. While the major focus is health and overall fitness, I also provide my clients with dietary guidelines and constant motivation to reach their goals!
The most dramatic success story I have experienced as a personal trainer is near and dear to my heart. My father, a United States Army Veteran and an extremely hard worker, experienced a life-changing setback when he injured his neck at work three years ago. Not only was he unable to continue working, he could no longer enjoy exercising or physical hobbies. After his surgery he took a turn for the worse. He started to gain weight, was tired all of the time, started smoking cigarettes, and generally became unhealthy overall. While it was hard to watch, I had to let him make his own mistakes, and when he was ready and wanted to change his life back around, he knew I would be there for him. Starting about a year ago he got back on the right track. We sat down and had a heart to heart, discussing his goals and his ideas of who he wanted to get back to being. We started working together three nights a week. At first we focused on increasing strength and stability, then concentrated on weight loss and muscle toning, then finally on power and endurance. I am proud to say that he is in as good of shape, if not better, than he was when he was in the military. He has energy to play with his grandchildren, and to shoot hoops with my brother in their backyard. While he does still struggle with some limitation in his neck, he is happy and is the man he knew he always could be.
