Hi, my name is Lawrence. I'm a former U.S. Army Ranger (1st S.O.C.) and U.S. Army Master Fitness. I was born in Chicago, am a father of 4 and am very passionate about fitness and helping people achieve their goals. I take training very serious, but I use a progressive approach to training, meaning everything starts with understanding and progressively evolving into motion and application. This is to give the client an understanding of their body, their goals and how to maintain their fitness in the future. I work with giving my clients all the tools and resources to achieve their goals as well as using online resources for them to track their workouts, progress, and tolls to maintain and develop on their own. I make every resource available to my clients. My motto is "Do what I say, how I say, when I say, and I guarantee positive results!"

Tracking of all exercises will be done via, paper hard copy as well online software application that client may have access to as well
I had started working out with this client in 2013 who never worked out seriously. I Lost 20 lbs and started with only being able to run .25 miles. After 5 months he was able to run 2-4 miles consistently (without break) and workout on his own. He still trains with me from time to time to get refreshed and new ideas and workouts, but maintains a healthy and fit life style. In 2014 he had a minor stroke and doctors informed him, that if it were not for the fitness and level of shape that he was in, there would have a been a much different outcome.
