About Me

Hi my name is Lauren Vilimek and I am a certified personal trainer. I worked at a local gym charter fitness for 5 years and for the past 3 years I have worked out of my house in my 2,000 square foot basement. I have worked with clients of every age and have a wide variety of training in my background. If you want to work on weight loss, flexibility, boxing, cardio, weight lifting or anything in that area I can probably help you reach your goals. In my gym you have all the weights and cardio machines you would have in a local gym, but all this is provided to you in the privacy of my house. It’s one on one training and I cater each workout to what you want to be working on. I love what I do and that's why I decided to create a gym in my house. I am more available to you and can buy equipment that you want.

What to Expect

Training sessions can be different each time depending on what you are looking to get out of training. Some clients may want to work more on strength, while others may want to work more on their cardio. I love to add variety to my workouts and don't like to do the same workout twice. I have found that is what my clients love most and what keeps them motivated and interested in working out.

I have had a lot of clients lose weight and that is always a good motivator to workout. My one client who I have training for 5 years has lost a total of 100 pounds and while working out helped in the process, diet is also a big contributing factor. While some clients want to lose weight I have two clients who have Parkinsons and their goals are very different.
