Hi, my name is Lauren. With over 10 years experience, Lauren has been Long Island's premier eating and exercise coach. She completed a bachelor's degree in exercise science & health promotion from Cabrini University and a master’s degree in Applied Nutrition with a concentration in Sports Nutrition from Canisius College. She also completed a dietetic internship at Brooklyn College, where she gained invaluable experience working with different patient populations with a variety of medical conditions including diabetes, GI disorders, hypertension and cardiovascular disease. After establishing Nutrition Sliced in 2012, she partnered with primary care physicians, holistic medical facilities, corporate businesses, wellness centers and sports teams across Long Island and New York City to help individuals with all different backgrounds and body types. In 2016, she decided to take these nutrition services virtual expanding the range of people that can be helped.
In our 60 minute personal training session, we will focus on your fitness goals through strength training, endurance training and stretching. You will learn the fundamentals of exercise for continued success. Sessions are conducted one-on-one or with a friend. They can be done in the convenience of your home, at a local partnering gym or at a set public location. No equipment necessary.
