About Me

Hi, my name is Larry. My educational career includes a bachelor's in exercise science from Barry University and a master's in physical education from Utah State University. Professionally, I have worked for Bommarito Performance where I trained hundreds of NFL, MLB, NBA and other professional athletes from various sports. I also provided the strength and conditioning at Nick Saviano's Tennis Academy, as well as trained a top 20 WTA athlete. Then went to Utah State University as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach working with football, basketball, gymnastics, volleyball, softball and track and field. While at Utah State I trained pro day athletes who were signed as undrafted free agents. I provide the sports performance training for all sports, as well as provide personal performance to clients who demand the best in physical performance.

What to Expect

No training session is typical. Each session is customized and based on the client's previous performance and current training status. Our programs are athletic based so clients should expect greater strength, power, balance, coordination, endurance, flexibility, well-being, health and overall fitness. Our programs utilize body weight, medicine balls, bands and cones. If you want the body of an athlete then train like one.
