Hi, my name is Lara. I am the head trainer and owner at South Island CrossFit. I enjoy working with all ages and abilities to help people reach their fitness goals.
A typical session will begin with a 15 minute warm-up, 15 minute of skill work and a 20-30 minute work-out with a cool down. Your class will be designed to fit your goals, interests and ability level.
My clients have had a range of positive health results such as reduced their blood pressure, lost up to 50 lbs in 3 months and gained an overall sense of well being.
