Hi, my name is Lamar. I am very passionate about personal training. I have been involved in sports and fitness training most of my life. Besides participating in several sports in high school, I was also a student athlete in college. I was recruited for cross country and track. Since high school, I have consistently competed in long distance runs in several states. I ran my first marathon this year in North Carolina, and I look forward to running several more. The expectation depends on the clients workout plan and needs. I always start my sessions with a short cardio warmup and stretch before the training session. The warmup does not take away from the training session time.
My most impressive client success story involves helping a 40+ female client lose over 30 pounds and tone her body for a special event. This was achieved in her 6 week deadline before her special event. She was ecstatic. Also, I was very instrumental in assisting and motivating soldiers to achieve their fitness requirements and goals during my time in the military. Those accomplishments give me great joy.
