Hi, my name is LaTicia. I began training in 2005 for 24 Hr. Fitness and eventually worked at 4 different locations as well as working for various in-home training companies. I have always loved going to the gym and working out along with playing tennis, volleyball, racquetball and swimming. I love most all sports but I enjoy tennis the most. I have a partner and we meet fairly regularly to run each other as hard as we can! I have a gym partner who helps make the workouts a little more fun, too. I'm a very outgoing, positive and upbeat lady. You'll rarely find me in a bad mood.

Sessions consist of a variety of exercises utilizing weights, body weight, core training, boxing, agility ladder, bosu/stability ball, medicine balls, cones for speed/agility (if applicable), dyna disc/wobble board (balance training), step-up for cardio and other exercises and TRX (if room). I like to include some cardio, strength, balance, agility and flexibility into most all sessions. I also do trigger point therapy and/or massage cupping if the client wants either.
Sarah lost over 70 lbs. working with me at the Castle Hills 24 Hr Fitness a few years back and built a lot of lean muscle tissue along the way. She looked fabulous! Kris, who was in her late 50's and on several medications was able to be taken off ALL her meds! Her doctor was very pleased with her results and she was super happy about the way she looked overall, especially her impressive arms and shoulders that she got complimented on all the time. We'd still be training today if she hadn't moved to Chicago. She was a very good client.
