About Me

Hi, my name is Kyle. I am an ACE certified personal trainer, licensed health coach, nutrition specialist, and behavioral modification specialist, who has been in the industry for 4 years now. My skills and experience have allowed me to help people from all walks of life to improve their health and fitness and better reach their goals both in the gym and in their daily lives. I love what I do because we all have a close relationship with food and with our bodies and my knowledge and experience have allowed me to help so many people to improve those relationships and strengthen their daily experience. My clients are not only given a top notch professional work out regimen (complete with personalized training program) but they are also assisted in creating lifestyle modifications in order to make lasting changes and keep weight off, keeping toning up, and stay on track. I offer nutritional guidance based on peer reviewed journals and ethical FDA approved approaches when necessary, and always put my clients first in helping them get whatever it is they need.
