Hi, my name is Kyle. We all have a story, as to how and why we have come to in our life. I was overweight and looking for a way to become a better athlete. Once I started to train, I never stopped. I have over come a disease, where I lost 50 pounds in 3 weeks and then gained all the weight back as fat. If you have been there I have been there, in order to get you where you want to be, get someone that knows where you are. I have been where you are and now how to get you to where you want to be.
