Hello, my name is Kyle. I have been working out myself for over 10 years with the goals to better my body for physical competition. My entire life I have always based my life around sports and fitness and because of this I decided that I wanted to share my experiences, knowledge, and passions with others so that they can achieve anything they want to. I am a certified personal trainer and am also certified in Sports Performance Enhancement to go along with my ample experience in playing sports and working out. I am currently studying Pre Law at Arizona State University with hopes to move on to a sports management masters program to eventually use these credentials to coach at the collegiate level or become a sports agent. Although I am centered around sports and building muscle, I am fully equipped with knowledge and experience for people who are looking to lose weight or tone muscle.

A client can expect to start out with a small warm up session and stretching to prime the muscles and prevent injury. Next we will get to the bulk of the workout which will be designed based on the clients goals (i.e. lose weight, build muscle, tone, muscle, etc). Finally, we will conclude with a small cool down session to get the heart back to normal resting condition safely.
When I started with Kyle, I was one of the smallest people on my football team. However, after working with him, he helped me build 15 pounds of muscle in only 5 months and helped me become one of the biggest kids on the team. Not only did he help me with building muscle but he also told me that muscle means nothing if you cannot use it correctly. He trained me through building and then he would always throw in a functional aspect of the regime to help with just that. Currently, I am headed for a record breaking season and I even feel better when I wake up every morning.
