Hi, my name is Kyle. I have been involved with fitness for over 15 years, professionally for the last 6 years. Fitness changed my life and I want to help you change yours! My passion in life if helping others use fitness as a tool to change their life!

What to Expect

A very specific warm up based on the clients skill level and their goals. After we would work on strength and technique again based on the clients needs/wants. We would move then to a conditioning phase to work on aerobic capacity/ strength. Every session would end with mobility drills and an overview of the day and what to expect for the next session.

One of my clients had never set foot in a gym before meeting me. She did a lot of running , but never felt fit or looked the way she wanted. She spent 6 months working with me. We worked on technique , mobility and overall just building confidence! After the time with me she was comfortable enough to move on to group fitness classes where she is still thriving !!

As a trainer Kyle is attentive and promotes safe and healthy movement. Kyle’s knowledge of strength, endurance, and mobility based movement helped me to broaden my own knowledge of exercise. Kyle created versatile workouts that never got old and showed results! His one on one training is the best I’ve had, and as a former college athlete, I’ve had many trainers! Highly recommended as a coach/trainer/mentor. 10/10!

Kyle is a great trainer. Extremely personable and makes you feel like you’re doing your absolute best every time. He will push you, further than you believed you could go. Very positive attitude always. Always asks you your goals to try his best to help you meet them.

When I worked with Kyle it was in a CrossFit gym. For 1 hour we worked in a group to get the best workout possible. Kyle would tailor all instructions around your individual abilities and with me he always knew to make me work harder than I thought I could. He’s a great support system while in the gym and I highly recommend using him for any personal training needs!
